SHIPPING POLICY

At Wiggles and Cuddles, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method and are clearly displayed at checkout. While delivery times may vary due to external factors, we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely and reliable service. If you experience any issues with your shipment, our customer care team is always here to assist you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase from Wiggles and Cuddles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request. Please note that certain items, such as personal care or hygiene products, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons. Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
